Please note that this return policy refers to purchases made on this website only. For purchases made in store, please refer back to the retailer. 

Change of mind

If you have changed your mind, you have the right to return your purchase and receive a full refund. Please note that goods must be returned in their original condition and packaging. They must be unused. Please note the cost of returning the goods falls on the consumer. 

Goods damaged on arrival

Should your goods arrive incomplete or damaged, we will either issue a refund or replace the faulty/ missing items in line with your statutory rights. Please report such issues within 48 hours of delivery
